Turmeric Smoothie



  • 3/4 Almond Milk
  • 1/2 Fresh Banana
  • 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Root
  • 1/4 Tsp Grated Fresh Ginger
  • 1/2 Tsp Flax Seeds
Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Serve and enjoy!
Garnish with ground nutmeg. (Optional)
