Spiced Pear Smoothie
Different ways to have your smoothie, One for
mid-night snack, one for breakfast, and one for later.
2 pears
2 1/2 cup almond milk
1 tsp fresh ginger-chopped
1/4 tsp turmeric
1 tsp honey
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 nutmeg
Mix everything together and blend, since I am using a magic bullet, I divide it in three to blend.
For the bowl of cereal, I add 1/2 banana to the last mixture and blend, then pour in the bowl.
