Buss up Shut (Paratha Roti) using KitchenAid Mixer

My first Buss up Shot
 Mixing the dried ingredients
Dough leaving the side of bowl
Finish mixing, cover with warm tissue and let it sit the microwave for 1 hour.
Remove from microwave and divide dough in 4 pieces
Roll dough out. Always keep the remaining dough cover.
Brush with Ghee Mixture and sprinkle with Flour
Make a slit in the middle and roll to form a cone and press
with the palm of your hand. Return to microwave and let it sit for 30 minutes
Roll dough out for the second time
Place on a hot Tawah and brush with Ghee Mixture on both side.

All Done! Ready to eat. Enjoy!

For Kneading:
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking power
2 tsp butter
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 lukewarm water

For Filling:
1 tbsp Butter
3 tbsp Pure Cow Ghee
Mix both ingredients together and place in the microwave for 25 seconds.

Using the KitchenAid Mixer bowl, add everything except the water and let it mix for 5 minutes. Add water and continue to mix for about another 5-10 minutes, or when everything leaves the side of the bowl.

Cover with a warm tissue, and let it sit in the microwave for an hour. Remove the microwave and knead  for second time and divide into four balls. Flour board and roll out dough to size 8" or 9" as desired, then spread with ghee mixture and sprinkle with flour. Cut dough from center to edge, roll tightly into a cone shape, press peak of cone into center and flatten.

Let the dough sit in the microwave for 30 minutes. Remove from the microwave and sprinkle flour on board and roll out very thin with rolling pin. Cook on a Tawah coating dough with ghee mixture on one side and cook for about 15-20 seconds.  Repeat the same step for the other side. Remove from Tawah  and wrap in clean cloth and mash up or hit with the rolling pin.

Serve with your favorite dishes.

Enjoy!

P.S. I put the dough in the microwave because it's warm, and the dough raise better. Also, you may have to reheat the ghee since it gets thick when it's cold.
