3 1/2 Chicken Legs
Dash of Salt, Paprika, Black Pepper, Onion and Garlic Powder
Wash Chicken with vinegar, drain well and season with ingredients listed above.
Place in the refrigerator overnight.
Remove from refrigerator 1 hour before baking. Place in a grease baking dish or place foil paper in the baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees for half hour, remove from oven, turn Chicken over and bake again for another half hour. Both time uncovered.
Remove from the oven and drain liquid out of the pan, or use broiler pan.
Brush with BBQ Sauce, change oven setting to broil normal/medium. Broil for 5 minutes. Remove from broil and turn Chicken over, brush with BBQ.
Broil for 4-5 minutes. Remove from broil and glazed with remaining BBQ Sauce.
Shanti's Style BBQ Sauce
4 tbsp Ketchup
2 tbsp BBQ Sauce
1 tbsp Sriracha Hot Sauce
2 tbsp brown Sugar
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Mustard or 1 tsp Dry Mustard Powder
1 tbsp Honey
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp Salt
1/4 Warm Water
Mix everything together, then add water and continue to mix.
Use for baking Chicken, Lambs, or Shrimps.
