1 cup whole milk
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp rose water
1/4 tsp nutmeg
2 tbsp melted butter
In a medium pot, add milk and sugar. Keep turning mixture until it thickens. (When the pera leave the side of the pot) remove from heat. Keep turning until pera becomes firm. Dip your hand into the melted butter and take about a teaspoon of the pera and form into a little ball. Then press your thumb in the middle. Like the picture above.
