1 box 7.25 oz Kraft Mac and Cheese Dinner
1 cup 2% milk
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
5 tbsp melted butter
1 egg
1/2 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp yellow mustard
Optional:
2 oz Crumble Feta Cheese
1 tbsp finely grated Parmesan Cheese
- Prepare the Kraft Mac and Cheese elbow macaroni (soft but slightly firm) according to the package instructions in a medium pot of boiling salted water
- While the macaroni is cooking, whisk the ingredients by hand (cheese, egg , milk, salt, pepper, and yellow).
- After the elbow is done cooking, quickly drain the elbow and return it to the pan reducing the heat to the lowest setting.
- Stir in the sauce mixture. Continue to the stir the elbow until the cheese has melted and the elbow is creamy and cheesy.
- Garnish with feta and parmesan cheese.
