1/2 gallon milk
1 lime
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp grated ginger
Garnish:
Nutmeg
In a medium pot, boil milk, add juice from one lime. Continue to boil until milk becomes lumpy.
Add sugar and ginger.
Continue to boil until 85 percent of the water from the milk has been absorbed.
Serve in a bowl and garnish with nutmeg.
NOTE: If you are using milk that has already gone bad, then you don't need to add the lime juice.
