Baked Tilapia and Steamed Vegetables




Clean Tilapia and wash with lime juice. Drain water off tilapia,  and season with salt, black pepper, onion and garlic powder, and paprika. Baked for 45 minutes at 350 degrees

Wash and cut Zucchini and Yellow Squash, and steam Zucchini and Yellow Squash for 10-15 minutes using T-Fal Wok and Steamer.
