Guyana Gulgula




3 ripe bananas
1 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
3 tbls sugar
½ cup  raisins
1 tsp rose water

Mash the bananas in a medium bowl. Add all the remaining ingredients. Mix until it forms a thick paste. Do not add water. 
Heat oil in a medium pot.
Drop a spoonful at a time in hot oil.
Fried until dark brown or golden brown.
