2 medium potatoes
1/2 lb saltfish
Pepper to taste
Few chopped scallions
1/2 cup flour
Oil for frying
Cut potatoes into cubes.
Boil the potatoes until soft and drain.
Boil saltfish for about three times. Changing the water every time you boil the saltfish to get rid of all the salt.
Combine saltfish and potatoes together, add scallions and pepper.
Mix everything together.
Form little balls with the potato mixture.
Roll the saltfish balls on the flour.
In a medium pot, heat oil until hot. Add saltfish ball to the hot oil and fry until golden brown.
Serve with tamarind sauce.
