2 lb chicken wingettes
1 tsp salt
Dash of black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika.
and cayenne powder
1 Cup All-Purpose Flour
3/4 Louisiana Hot Sauce
1/4 cup butter
Wash chicken with vinegar and pat dry with paper towel.
Season Chicken with black pepper, garlic, onion, paprika, and place in a refrigerator over night.
Remove chicken from refrigerator . Place flour in zip lock bag and place chicken in bag to well coat.
Return chicken back to refrigerator for 45 minutes.
Heat Deep Fryer to 375 degrees or Frying Pan.
Cook chicken for 20 minutes.
In a small sauce pan, heat butter, hot sauce, and add cayenne pepper with a few drops of salt. Cook for a few minutes.
When chicken finishing frying, Pour hot sauce over chicken.
Serve with Blue Cheese.
N.B. You can add your own hot pepper powder to the sauce.
