1- 6oz Graham Pie Crust
1- 16oz Dole's Crushed Pineapple in Syrup. (Do not buy the one in heavy syrup)
1- 14oz condensed Milk
1- 16oz Sour Cream
2oz Chopped Pecans
1/4 of a fresh Lemon
1. Take a rolling pin and roll it on the Crushed Pecan so that it becomes fine.
2. Take about 2 tablespoon of the Pecan and put aside.
3. Combine the sour cream and condensed milk and mixed well with a spoon.
4. Squeezed the lemon juice over mixture and mix.
5. Drained pineapple and add to mixture. Mix well.
6. Add pecans and continue to mix.
7. Pour mixture into Pie Crust.
8. Sprinkle the reserve pecan over pie and refrigerate (chill for four hours), or over night.
