2/3 cup Arborio rice
2 cans Carnation Milk
8 cups whole milk
3 cups super fine sugar
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp ground cardamon
1/4 cup chopped almonds
Wash the rice with water and drain.
In a small pot, bring the milk to a boil. Add rice and cook for about 10 minutes.
Add carnation milk, and remaining ingredients. Continue to cook on low heat for 90 minutes stirring constantly. If it is too watery, continue to cook until thicken.
Sweet Rice is done, when most of the liquid is absorb. Garnish with ground nutmeg or almond.
