Milky Sugar Cake
1 whole coconut
1/2 whole milk
1/2 cup sugar...
1/3 condensed milk
1 tsp rose water
Grate coconut, grate until you get only the white part of the coconut. Heat a medium size pan, add coconut, cook for a few minutes, then add sugar. Add rose water.
Keep stirring the coconut and sugar. Cook for about 5-10 minutes. Add whole milk and continue stirring. When all the milk has be absorb add the condensed milk and keeping stirring until the coconut start leaving the side of the pan, and the condensed milk has been absorb. Put about a tablespoon each on a platter to dry.
