3 tbsp fresh mango
3 tbsp fresh pineapple
1/2 fresh banana
3 tbsp fresh papaya
1 1/2 cup coconut water
1/2 tsp fresh turmeric
1/2 tsp fresh ginger
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1 tsp honey
optional-organic roasted coconut flakes for topping
