Shanti's Fried Dumplings




1 cup flour
1/3 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp butter
100 ml milk (lukewarm)

Add all the dry ingredients to the flour
Add milk to the flour, and mix with your hand
until firm. Cover the mixture with a damp tissue
and place in the microwave to raise for about the 2 hour

Remove from the microwave, and make small balls with the mixture
and fry until golden brown. Drain on a paper towel.
Serve with soup or stew
