Shanti's Style Sofrito


Ready for the freezer
Cilantro, Garlic, Onions, and Parsley


Ingredients:

1 Bunch Parsley
1 Bunch Cilantro
1 Green Bell Pepper
1 Red Bell Pepper or Yellow
1 Onion
1 Garlic

Blend everything together, and add 2 tablespoon Olive Oil after blending.
Place in an ice cube tray and freeze overnight. Remove from tray and place in a Zip lock bag. Use when needed. I always use 1 cube for 2 cups of rice.
