2 lbs chicken wingettes
Black Pepper, Garlic, Onion, Paprika, and salt
1 tsp Turmeric
Wash wingettes with turmeric, drain all the water out, and season with a dash of all the dry ingredients. Leave in the refrigerator overnight.
Remove from the refrigerator, place in a baking pan, and bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes on one side, turn wingettes over and bake for another 25 minutes.
Remove wingettes from oven, remove from pan and place on a grilling ban that came with your oven, or a regular pan if you don't have one. You can also you your outdoor grill. Set broiler to normal/medium. Glazed wingettes with hot sauce and grill for five minutes, turn wingettes over, glazed and broil for another five minutes.
Serve with Blue Cheese and your favorite dishes.
HOT SAUCE RECIPE
1/2 cup Frank's Hot Sauce
1/3 cup Sriracha Hot Sauce
1 stick Butter
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
In a small pan, heat the butter. When the butter melts, add the remaining ingredients. Let the mixture come to a boil. Remove from heat and set aside. Add hot sauce to wingettes and broil.
NOTE:
This same hot sauce recipe can be use for Fried Hot Wings, Just follow the same instructions above, but fried in hot oil until golden brown, add hot sauce when finish frying. Serve with Blue Cheese.
