His for Breakfast
Hers for Night Snack
2 cups Almond Milk
1 Fresh Mango
1 Tbsp Honey
1/4 Cardamon Powder
1/2 Inch Turmeric Root
Peel and chop mango and place in a blender/magic bullet with almond milk, honey, cardamon, and turmeric.
Blend until smooth, and divide between 2 glasses.
