Bake ready is finish. Ready to eat.
2 Cups all purpose flour
1 tsp yeast
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp butter or butter vegetable shortening
1/3 tsp salt
3/4 cup luke warm water
Oil for frying
Mix all the dry ingredients together
Add water, and continue to mix.
Let dough sit for about an hour.
Roll the dough out into a log. Cut into 8 equal pieces and form a ball with each pieces.
Take a rolling pin and roll dough out into a 4 inch circle and 1/2 thick.
Heat oil in a pan. Oil has to be about 2 inches high.
When oil is hot, fry bake until golden brown about 2 minutes.
Flip bake on the other side and fry for another 2 minute. Remove from oil.
Place on a bowl with paper towel.
