Grinding the Dhall using a Mill

After frying and adding Roasted Geera
1 pack split peas (16 0z)
1 tsp tumeric
3 cloves garlic
1-1 1/2tsp roasted geera
1 1/2 tbsp oil
salt and pepper to taste
In a medium pot, heat about 3/4 pot water. Add split peas, garlic, and salt.
Add turmeric and pepper. Continue to boil until the peas split. Do not over boil. Grind the split peas in a food processor or a mill.
In a large pan, heat oil. Add grind peas and roasted geera. Cook for a few minutes.
Set a side to cool. Place 2 table spoon of peas in flour dough and form a ball.
For the Dough:
Use the same process as you would use to make roti.
