1 LB Medium Shrimp
Dash of Black Pepper, Paprika, Onion and Garlic Powder
Clean shrimp and leave tail on.
wash with lemon juice, and drain well.
Season with the above ingredients, and place in the refrigerator for a few hours.
Remove from refrigerator an hour before grilling or broiling.
Glazed with sauce on both sides, and grill or broil for a few minutes.
Serve hot with cocktail sauce.
Shanti's Style Sriracha BBQ Sauce
4 tbsp Ketchup
2 tbsp BBQ Sauce
1 tbsp Sriracha Hot Sauce
2 tbsp brown Sugar
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Mustard or 1 tsp Dry Mustard Powder
1 tbsp Honey
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp Salt
1/4 Warm Water
Mix everything together in a small bowl, and glazed with brush.
Same sauce recipe can be used for chicken, lamb, etc.
