Baked Tilapia with roast sweet potato, Potato, and Carrots



1 whole Tilapia
Seasoning- Black Pepper, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Paprika, and Salt
Olive Oil
Chop Fresh Sweet Potato, Carrots, and Potato
Fresh Lemon  Wedges

Directions:

Clean and wash tilapia with lemon juice. Pat dry with paper towel and mix with seasoning.
Leave the Tilapia in the refrigerator for several hours to marinate.

In a small bowl, add all the vegetables and mix with olive oil.

Remove the Tilapia from the refrigerator an hour before baking

Spray baking pan, add Tilapia and sprinkle some olive oil on top of the it, add vegetables to the baking pan.

Bake at degrees for 45 minutes at 400 degrees.

Squeeze the lemon wedges onto the Tilapia before eating.
