Ready to eat
On the griddle cooking
Mix all ingredients together
Add water to mixture
Let it mix
Mix on high-Roti is finish mixing when all the flour leave the side to the bowl
Recipe:
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/3 tsp salt
1/2 tsp instant yeast
2 tsp butter
3/4 warm water
Place flour, baking powder, yeast, salt, and butter in the mixing bowl
Mix for a few minutes, add water and continue to mix. When flour leave the side of the bowl it done mixing.
Cover with a damp tissue and place in the microwave for an 1 hour.
Divide dough into four and shape then into balls
Roll dough out on a floured surface
Cook on a hot griddle on both side until it rises and is brown.
Move the griddle to the side and place edge of the roti on the fire for a few seconds.
