Baked Plantain



Baked Plantain-Simple, easy, healthy and delicious
Recipe 2 ripped plantains, 2 tbsp. brown sugar, 1 tsp honey, 1/2 tsp cinnamon, and 1/4 tsp salt. Sliced the plantains, mixed all the ingredients together with the plantains. Baked at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
