Shanti's Easy Sausage, Peppers, and Onions





Ingredients:

Bell Peppers (Red, Yellow, Orange, and Green) 1 each thinly slice

1 pound Italian Sausage (Lean Turkey)

1/2 whole onion-thinly slice

Salt, black pepper, and paprika to taste.

1 tbsp oil

Directions:


Boil sausage in boiling water until firm.

Slice the sausage

In a medium pan, heat oil add onion, then peppers. Cook for a few minutes.

Add sausage and cook until brown and peppers are tender.

Sprinkle salt, black pepper and paprika. Mix everything together and cook for a minute.

Serve with chow-mein, white rice, bread.
