1- 9oz Graham Pie Crust
2- 8 oz Regular Philly Cream cheese
4 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp all purpose flour (optional)
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Sprinkle with ground nutmeg
Directions:
Preheat oven at 375 Degrees
Blend all ingredients together.
Pour into pie crust
Bake for 45 minutes, and removed from oven.
Chill for about 3 hours or overnight.
Serve with your favorite topping: Cherry, blue berry, fresh fruits or caramel.
Tip: Over blending causes the cake to drop in the middle. Make sure eggs and cream cheese is at room temperature.
