1 bunch bora slice into pieces about 1/2 an inch.
1/2 pound baby shrimp-cleaned
1/3 of a whole onion-chopped
3 cloves fresh garlic-chopped
1 medium tomato cut into slices.
1 tsp salt.
Few scallions- chopped
Fried the shrimp in a little bit of oil in a separate pan.
In a medium pot, saute garlic for a few minutes, then add onion.
Add bora, tomatoes, pepper, salt, and scallions and cook for a few minutes.
Add shrimp to the bora and cook on medium heat. Place lid on top of the pot.
Cook until the bora is soft and most of the liquid is absorb.
