Shanti's West Indian Chinese Style Chicken



Recipe:
3 lbs. chicken thighs
 1 tbsp. Chinese Five Spice.


For the Sauce:
1 tbsp. Plum Sauce
3 tbsp. Oyster Sauce
1 1/2 tbsp. Ketchup
5 tbsp. water
1 tsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. garlic and ginger powder
1 tsp. Sriracha
1 tbsp. oil. 
Wash chicken and seasoned with Chinese Five Spice.
Place in refrigerator overnight.
Removed and placed in baking dish. Baked at 400 degrees for 1 hour.
Mixed all the sauce ingredients together. Pour over chicken when it finished bake. Place in broiler at the bottom portion of the oven and broil on normal/medium for 4-5 minutes per side.
